Daily perspectives written in your child's imagined voice that transform frustration into connection

What parents say
I love love LOVE the idea of the question being answered from the child's perspective. I try so hard to put myself in my child shoes with brand new eyes to figure out a good response to some behaviors or situations.
Beautiful app and very polished! I really appreciate how simple and focused you made it, which means I might actually stick with it! Too often these apps try to do too much and it becomes just another chore for sleepy parents, but you’ve shown a lot of restraint here and the result is beautiful.
Wow. This was a godsend honestly. I got the notification just as my 4yr old was in the middle of a meltdown and I was getting ready to have one myself. It’s very challenging to keep composure while my children have meltdowns and my default is to correct their behaviors because that’s how I was raised (trying to break the cycle). Immediately downloaded. This momma thanks you . 🙌🏻
Downloading right now! The bedtime one hit hard since we just went through that last night. I try to remind myself that his brain/emotions aren’t fully developed yet and sometimes it’s hard to remember in the moment

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from other parenting advice apps?
Most parenting apps tell you what to do. Little Voices helps you understand what your child might be feeling. Instead of behavior modification techniques, we focus on perspective-shifting - helping you see challenging moments through your child's developmental lens. Plus, you can journal your own reflections, making it a personal growth tool rather than just consuming advice.
What ages does Little Voices cover?
We have content for four age groups: infants (0-12 months), toddlers (1-3 years), preschoolers (3-5 years), and school-age children (6-12 years). During onboarding, you select your child's age group and receive perspectives tailored to their developmental stage. You can change the age group any time from the profile in the app.
Can I use it for multiple children of different ages?
Not yet, but this is a highly requested feature so I'm working on it as you read this, and hope to release it soon! However, you can always explore the full library and browse perspectives for any age group.
How often do I get new perspectives?
You receive one perspective per day at a time you choose during setup. The idea is to create a daily habit of pausing and reframing, not overwhelming you with information. You can always explore the full library in the app for additional perspectives.
Where does the content come from?
I'm a parent, not a child psychologist. The perspectives in Little Voices come from my own learning journey - reading books like Dr. Becky Kennedy's "Good Inside" and Patty Wipfler's "Listen," following gentle parenting experts, and distilling what actually helped my family. This app shares educational insights based on that learning, not professional or clinical advice. If you're dealing with serious behavioral concerns, please consult with a pediatrician or child development specialist.
What if I disagree with a perspective?
That's totally okay. These perspectives represent one approach to understanding child behavior, inspired by gentle parenting principles. Not every insight will resonate with every family or cultural context. Use what helps, skip what doesn't. The journaling feature lets you process and adapt insights to your own parenting style.
